"A Horse, a Horse, my kingdom for a horse!" King Richard III
If reading feels like too much right now, just click below for a direct immersion into the horses' world.
King Richard III’s famous cry in the midst of battle is the ultimate manifestation of a trauma tunnel: the desperate scream of a distressed, dominant ruler demanding a remedy—believing he only needs a powerful tool to sustain and carry on his war.
In a deep state of trauma, the human nervous system often reacts like a cornered predator. Under extreme pressure, a tiger will consume its own offspring, losing all sense of connection. The tunnel vision of a traumatized mind sees only prey or enemies. It ceases to relate; it only consumes.
This digital sanctuary operates as the conscious antidote to that predator mindset. We believe that healing—whether for human or horse—demands absolute integrity and that therapeutic development cannot unfold under constraint or within fenced arenas. It needs the raw, protective embrace of nature.
This space serves as an exploration of visual vagus nerve stimulation, somatic trauma biology, and equine co-regulation. Through these documentary videos, the nervous system is invited to witness the the collective calm of the two horses. Follow the Somatic Duo, Lilly & Leika, into their wild mountain world—a realm of natural glimmers, unbroken connection, and shared grounding.

🌳 When Horses Reign
The legacy of a 30-year era. In the project Communicative Horses, it was the horses who held court as sovereign teachers. The human ego heals through humility. This stands as vital trauma integration, entirely free from commercial constraints.
